      To participate in the conference registration and payment must be completed.

      Registration Ticket Includes:       - Participation in all sessions
      - Light refreshments during coffee breaks
      - Lunch

      Cancellation Policy:
      Cancellations must be emailed to the Registration Department.
      Emails must be received by 23:59 GMT +3. Kindly note, all refunds will be processed after the event has concluded. 

      Refund of registration fees are as follows:
       - Up to August 31, 2026 (by 23:59 GMT+3): Full refund, less €35 for bank charges
      - Up to September 13, 2026 (by 23:59 GMT+3): 50% refund
      - From September 14, 2026: No refund

      - Bank charges are the responsibility of the participant and should be paid at the source in addition to the registration and/or accommodation costs
